Our mission

The Mustapha Guedira Foundation was established at the constitutive General Assembly held in Rabat on 13 February 2025, in accordance with the dahir of 15 November 1958 governing associations, as amended and supplemented. Its objectives are as follows:

• To pursue research and study in the fields of religious sciences, fiqh, Sufism, legal sciences, the arts, and Moroccan-Andalusian culture, as well as the history of the city of Rabat.
• To gather information and documents relating to the life of Fqih Mustapha Guedira and his social environment, with particular attention to the fields of knowledge and culture that shaped his life.
• To contribute to charitable and humanitarian work by providing assistance and support to those in need, and to promote the values of solidarity and mutual support.
• To build cooperative relationships with national and international bodies and organizations.

In accordance with its bylaws, the Foundation also reserves the right to accept gifts of valuable books and documents that their owners wish to dedicate to the memory of Fqih Mustapha Guedira or Abdellah Guedira, further enriching its scholarly and documentary holdings.
